At the end of the day, settle into one of the luxury beds: the first bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, 50-inch Smart Vizio TV, desk area, accent chair, and en-suite bath; the second bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed, accent chair, and en-suite bath; the third bedroom has two queen-size beds, two closets, and an en-suite bath; and the full-size and twin-size pullout beds are in the lounge area above the garage. Out back, enjoy the patio and backyard with a private pool, lounge area, bar with seating for six, and a propane grill. When not at home, drive a couple of miles down the road to enjoy the local food, drinks, and shops of Downtown Springdale. The property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. The fireplace is currently non-operational, and the garage is not available for guests. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. Unauthorized parties will result in a $1000 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation.
