Any vehicles on the street will get a ticket. The maximum cars allowed are 2 cars in the covered parking and 4 cars in the uncovered parking. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each extra guest. The fireplace is gas-operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation. The spa heating element is inoperable at the moment. Body towels are provided, but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like. All smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube.
