This is a large property with a large common-area back deck looking east towards Cayuga Lake (view is mostly trees though!). Apartment is unfurnished; tenant pays electricity; landlord pays heat and hot water.This apartment was previously a 3-bedroom, and is in the process of being renovated to be a spacious 2-bedroom. This is a good intermediate location between Ithaca and Watkins Glen or even Ithaca and Trumansburg. We consider well-exercised to be a minimum of two 30-45 minute walks per day, not simply taking dogs out to pee and coming back inside. We have had plenty of damage in the past from nice dogs that were not well-exercised and were simply bored while their owners were at work. We expect dog owners to pick up after their dogs outside.We allow cats that are completely litter-box trained and whose owners are really on top of regularly cleaning the litter box. We have also had plenty of damage in the past from cats who chose their own spots to pee because their litter boxes were not cleaned often enough.Terms: Security deposit of $1425 due at signing of the lease. First month's rent due prior to move-in. First month's rent will be prorated depending on move-in date, with full month's rent due on the first of the month after that.We ask all interested parties to complete a basic application with references.
