The kitchen has a stainless steel refrigerator, an oven, gas range, dishwasher, coffee maker and a toaster. Other kitchen essentials are also provided. Each bedroom has the highest quality sheets on the queen-sized bed. There are also lamps on nightstands that provide soft lighting when you want to unwind for the night and read, bedside. In addition to closets, there is extra storage in the clothing dressers. The bathroom has updated, modern features including beautiful cabinetry, handheld shower head and a rainfall shower. While this home does not allow pets, we may have other homes available that welcome your pets. Please reach out to our Guest Services team for more information. We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged. If you are booking a flat in Washington DC, we might have parking options available. Please inquire about advanced parking space reservations. Our home offers contactless, seamless and easy self-check-in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke, we will terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties, a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building. Cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, and paper towels should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal. If found that these cause plumbing issues, the guest can be charged. There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus we reserve the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24-hour written notice.
