Upstairs there are two other bedrooms (or an office/studio) and a full bath. There is also a den/playroom upstairs as well. We have a HUGE yard that includes access to a side lot and a creek that lines the back of the property. There is an upper deck just off the kitchen and a front porch with ceiling fan. Our driveway is long and can hold about 4 cars. The house is also walking distance to the Fort McPherson MARTA station. There is an outside plug for electric vehicle charging as well. Thermostat and door locks are connected to the wifi Nest mobile application, and it is wired for security alarm if desired. We are currently living in the house but are happy to show it. We will be out by April 26 and deep clean the house for incoming renters. HOUSE IS NOT FURNISHED. Unfortunately, this house is NOT set up for Atlanta housing vouchers/Section 8. We are looking for a longterm renters only. Owner pays for yard service and pest control. Renter is responsible for all utilities. First month's rent will be due at signing plus a security deposit ($3,200). No smoking inside the home is allowed. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and if permitted a non-refundable $200 pet fee will be required at signing. Applicants' household gross monthly income must be approximately 3 times or more than that of monthly rent. Applicants must have favorable credit score/s (700+), a source of income and be able to furnish acceptable proof of required income. Applicants must have good references concerning rental payment, housekeeping, and property maintenance from previous landlords. This property is not furnished.
