This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Getting around For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Other things to note You will be greeted by a Service Coordinator upon your arrival and we can be available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do. We encourage guests to text us by phone or call during their stay if they need anything or have any questions. Free High-speed Wireless WIFI access throughout the house which extends into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is available in the living room 65' HD TV. Netflix is available in all other rooms. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Private Pool: Please keep in mind the pool is not gated. Quiet Hours: 9am-9pm (No loud screaming, yelling, amplified music) To get there use Jefferson which turns into PGA Blvd, follow it all of the way to Jack Nicklaus Blvd, and take a right to enter the gate. Give them your name and the property address. Please leave the trash on the side of the home, we pay a company to pick the trash up on the side of the home. Trash pickup in on Monday mornings around 6 am. If you have time please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry, if you have time to start one load of laundry that's great, if not no worries. Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200/fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access. The golf course is private property, if you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course, the HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing and will issue hefty fines and a citation that the guest will be responsible to pay. The gas for the grill and the fire pit are connected to propane tanks, please make sure you turn both off when not in use.
