This rental comes fully equipped with every kitchen appliance imaginable for those family cookouts or cozy nights in. There is one King bed,one Queen bed,two twin beds,and one daybed on the first floor. Brand new mattresses have been delivered for the King and Queen beds. Linens and towels are included. There is a great office/family room for casual game nights or a little light office work (not too much though)! Window AC units will be installed. One well behaved pet may be considered. Utility caps in place. For the discerning renter,excellent credit and reference required with a full rental application. Washer & dryer are available in the basement.
