We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself! This desired and conveniently located luxury home is available as per the following: • Furnished monthly rental, max 6 months, varying monthly rates • Age requirement for booking is minimum 25-years old • No smoking, parties or events • Must be respectful of the neighbors • 3 private parking spots and street pass available, no access to garage • At an additional charge, extra cleaning service is available upon request • You will be notified if spa or landscape personnel need access • Fully furnished and equipped with all necessities – just bring your suitcase! If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4% charge is not refunded. DAMAGE PROTECTION The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim. Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
