Lease Terms: -Preferred lease beginning immediately (loose flexibility) -Strict lease of ~6 months (this is a sublet situation with no resigning option). Lease will end in August, the 1st or 15th. -Tenant responsible for cable, Internet, and electricity (central heat and portable AC is electric)- all other utilities (sewer, trash, water) included in rent.
