This can function as a 3rd bedroom as it has French doors,window shades and a separate cooling system. The Master bedroom has a a new Tempur-Pedic King mattress. The Guest bedroom has 2 full size Trundle beds. A walk-in shower in the Master Bathroom and a tub/shower in the Guest bathroom. The open concept kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counter tops. Full size stackable laundry appliances in the laundry room next to the kitchen. The home has 18" tile throughout with no carpeting. The oversized garage has a workshop and outside,a lovely back yard patio surrounded by mature Oak trees. What a treat to take a swim in the 6 ft. deep saltwater lap pool (4 ft. at both ends) and enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a full day of sightseeing and enjoying all that Sarasota has to offer....Beaches,(Siesta Key Beach is just 15 minutes away - 5.7 miles!),Sarasota's finest shops and restaurants,Sarasota Opera,Ballet,and the Sarasota Symphony. All utilities are included during the prime season months of December through April. Owner has placed a $250 cap on the monthly electric bill during the prime season. Off-season guests pay the monthly electric bill.
