The first floor is open-plan and tiled, making it desirable for easy living. The kitchen features granite countertops and a breakfast bar, conveniently adjacent to the dining area. The living area boasts a custom wood-wall feature with under lighting, and the huge sectional provides lovely views over the upgraded pool deck and spa. The lanai offers a perfect shaded area for dining and relaxing in the beautiful Floridian weather. The property includes a solar pool and spa heating control system for efficiency. The open loft area provides additional seating for enjoying movies or games with the family. The large upstairs master bedroom features a double vanity and a huge shower. Arcade games and a pool table in the garage guarantee extra fun for all. The charcoal grill is free upon request and must be requested prior to arrival or on the day of arrival before 5 pm. Pool heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum, and it is recommended to inform us at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Guests have access to the entire house, and the driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars. Overflow parking is available about 250 feet down the street, but no street parking is allowed. The garage is not available for parking. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided at no cost, but if you need to outsource a propane gas grill or other gear, please contact us for arrangements at an extra cost. There is a pet fee of $150 per pet, and only small dogs under 40 pounds are allowed. Any damages or extra cleaning needed will be charged. Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay, but washcloths are not included as they are considered personal items. The house does not feature a movie room. Smoking and parties are not allowed, and any damages or extra cleaning needed will be charged. Check-in and check-out times should be confirmed prior to arrival.
