We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself! Quiet street - backyard backs up to the desert - great spot for those that want to take their UTV on the dirt paths, Bikes, or hike! Car or Uber is best, be safe! **MUST BE 25+ YEARS OLD TO RENT THIS HOME*** >No parties >No events >No smoking inside >Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices and music) >No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation $250 deposit is asked at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection (holidays we may ask for $500) CAMERAS >Front doorbell - motion detected and recorded >Side yard/backyard camera - motion detected and recorded. DAMAGE PROTECTION The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim. Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
