The unit is partially furnished but could be unfurnished or additionally furnished if desirable. The following requirements are non-negotiable and include: 1) a six-month lease- 2) a deposit equal to first month?s rent- 3) applicant must fill out an application- 4) criminal background check with $50 fee, which is the very last step.
