The home offers 6 maximum luxury bedrooms, 8 Smart TVs with Dish Network, a fireplace, and cozy conversation seating. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you'll need to make your favorite dishes, and there's dining space for 18. The 4 full bathrooms include a master bathroom with a giant soaking tub and walk-in shower and 3 bathrooms with shower and tub combos. The home features a blend of vintage and new Razorback decor throughout, 2 washer and dryer sets, and 2 Keurig coffee makers. It's the perfect spot for BBQs, U of A graduation, past and future Hogs, and sports fans. Two Pack 'n Plays are available for guest use. Guests will have access to the entire house, all appliances, kitchen supplies, and amenities. Amenities are provided in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get started on your trip. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville does not disappoint. Whether you're visiting the University or getting a taste of local eats, there's something for everyone. This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. An unapproved party or event will result in a $1000 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. Smoking in the home will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
