Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. To get there use Jefferson which turns into PGA Blvd, follow it all of the way to Palmer Security Gate and take a right to enter the gate. Provide your name and the property address to the Security Guard at the gate. Please leave garbage cans in the garage as our team will come by to move them to the curb on Sunday evenings (they will use a garage door opener to access the garage only to not to disturb you during your stay). Trash pickup is on Monday mornings around 6am. Our team will return on Monday afternoon to place them back into the garage. Please do not place any trash bins or trash bags on the curb otherwise the association will fine us. If you have time, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry baskets in each bedroom. If you have time to start one load of laundry that's great, if not no worries. Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200/fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access. The golf course is private property, if you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course, the HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing. The gas for the grill and the fire pit are connected to propane tanks, please make sure you turn both off when not in use. NOTE: (Rates will vary by month.
