The spectacular resort-style backyard includes a heated private pool, hot tub, outdoor patio and dining, BBQ grill, fire pit, outdoor kitchen with TV, and poolside loungers. The heated pool fee is $100 per night. Parking is available for 3 cars max, with 1 space in the garage and 2 in the driveway. We provide a cooler, an extra ice machine, 6 beach chairs, and an umbrella. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature, and we recommend heating it between October to May each year. The partner requires at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated, and it must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Located just moments from top attractions, shopping, and dining, this home offers both convenience and a peaceful retreat. Nearby attractions include Coral Ridge Country Club, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, Bonnet House Museum and Gardens, and Lauderdale-By-The-Sea. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay if reported before check-out.
