An electronic token allows secure access to the building lobby, swimming pool/hot-tub/fitness room, and underground parking (only the hot-tub is heated during the winter months). The kitchen has a Bosch gas cook top, AEG wall oven, Bosch dishwasher, Panasonic microwave, Thermador integrated refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, and Weber gas barbecue. Equipped with all the dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, blender, coffee maker, toaster... everything you expect (including some you may not, such as the Kohler touch less faucet). All utilities and twice monthly cleaning service included. The Falls is a no-smoking building and so is this suite. Minimum 30-day lease but stay as long as you like. Rent is negotiable depending on length of stay. You will not find a condo that is better equipped, maintained, and clean. The owner lives in the building and is available 24/7 if you have any questions or concerns during your stay. You will love staying here!
