Also upstairs, a third bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom. Outside, there is a seated fire pit area to roast marshmallows, and enjoy a glass of wine as the sunsets! Or if going out to dinner and shopping is more your speed, we are conveniently located less than than 20 minutes from the shops and restaurants at Main Street Highlands, NC and Clayton, GA. For the outdoor enthusiasts, we are 5-9 minutes from the Highlands Outpost, Highlands aerial park, and the Bartram trail, where you can experience the Scaly Mountain Screamer rollercoaster, Extreme Tubing Slide, Gem Mine, winter snow sledding , trout fishing, zip lining, terrific hiking, and RTV tours. At 4000 foot elevation, Sunset ridge at Scaly Mountain is a great place to escape to a new climate, do some great hiking, and take in all that the highlands plateau has to offer! Available as a monthly rental (3-6 months). 9.75 % taxes apply for rentals under 3 months. There is a one time cleaning/admin fee of $350. Refundable Security Deposit is $1000 unless rental insurance is purchased. Owner pays for Starlink wiFi, phone land line, water, and direct TV satellite. Gas and Power Utilities up to $300 per mo are also included. Pet fee $200 per dog (no other animals allowed)
