From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The pool is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. The pool is not heated. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. A $500 fine applies for indoor smoking violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Two security cameras are installed outside for security, none inside. House rule violations can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. Pest control service is monthly.
