A manager of the agency should take financial responsibility by signing to agree to pay rent on behalf of the agency and you if you don't pay rent. -Applicants are selected on a "first come, first COMPLETE" basis. You may receive pre-paid rent credit that can go toward future rent payments if you can do work on one of our homes that isn't rent ready. -Tenants are required to do their own yardwork and pest control. We usually help since we have a commercial sprayer, but if a tenant doesn't keep their home clean, there is no amount of spraying that will solve the problem. They will always come back. It is expected that you put away your food and clean up after yourself to keep insects and rodents away.
