The large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas make it perfect for gatherings. Outdoor pool loungers are also available for relaxation. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the driveway parked side to side. The garage has been converted into a game room, therefore, indoor parking is not available. An ultimate family resort near Disney and other world-class attractions, Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought-after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple of minutes walking distance to the clubhouse. Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ and picnic area, and a huge clubhouse with arcades, bar and lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near. Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather, we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. After it rains, there may be some debris that washes off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it to appear slightly discolored. Check-out time is 10 AM. In order to prepare the property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
