Numerous flowers bloom throughout the year, from large lilacs providing privacy for the back yard to the impressive hydrangea bushes. The home is located conveniently just two miles from the incredible St Paul Farmers market, the Xcel Energy Center, Science Museum, Children's Museum and many other attractions. It's a friendly neighborhood with an annual National Night Out block party. Just a mile to the hidden gem Swede Hollow Park and close to numerous bike trails. Conscientious pet owners are welcome with a nonrefundable $250 cleaning fee in addition to the deposit. If desired, the unit can be left furnished for an additional $200 per month.
