Residents of Paradise Beach apartments easily see why the nearby park is called just that, Paradise Beach. Gorgeous scenic vistas help the Sacramento apartment dweller get away for a day and see natural California wildlife, or go swimming and skimboarding. Because of the many natural dunes and coves, Paradise Beach makes it fun to explore and swim. This is unsupervised territory for residents of all Sacramento apartments and homes, so be especially careful. If you'd like a safer environment, the Glenn Hill Park Pool is nearby. Located near California State University, Sacramento, Paradise Beach is the location for the annual Skimfest competition which took place for the first time here in 1998. This cove of the American River is an awesome place to bring your skimmer from your Paradise Beach apartment and play all day. One word of warning for the playful residents of Sacramento apartments - alcohol is prohibited on the property. One other activity popular at the park is fishing. It usually takes place in the off-season for swimming and skimming and is especially productive at times. Admission to the park is free, but be prepared to have a little cash on hand for parking fees, which are collected from residents of Paradise Beach apartments and homeowners alike. Open from sunrise to sunset, Paradise Beach is a great place to visit.
