Southside Park has all these amenities where you can bike, walk or drive from your apartment. The real benefit of living in Southside Park apartments is that it's practically downtown, so if you work there, you have little travel time and traffic to get to work. The Southside Park features an array of workout stations for walkers or joggers who take to the trails after work and before going home to their Sacramento apartments. Four fitness areas feature such equipment as pull-up, sit up and push up bars, a balance beam, horizontal ladder and leg lift stations. The pool area has both a wading pool for the young ones and a larger swimming pool for those adults that don't have a pool at their Sacramento apartments.
