Simi Valley is a beautiful community that sits in the Simi Valley itself, in an area just to the southeast of Ventura County. The city has much to offer, including incredible weather, easy access to much of the Greater Los Angeles area, and numerous amenities. Surrounding by the Simi Hills and Santa Susana Mountains, this community is ideal for outdoor lovers, but it’s also great for those who need to commute into the city for work or school.
