1 Pet Limit - All animals are subject to management approval and community policy. San Antigua will allow pets up to a height of 22 inches from paw to shoulder full grown. No puppies will be permitted without vet’s documentation of size when full grown. Maximum two (2) pets per apartment. All pets must be interviewed by management and a picture of the pet will be required. No aggressive breeds or aggressive breed mix will be permitted which include but not limited to: Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, Pitbull Terri

2 Pet Limit - We implement a 2-pet limit per apartment home. Please contact the office for pet fee and pet rent amounts required for each pet. Not approved but not limited to, Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherd, Presa Canarios, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies. Including any mix of the breeds listed above.

2 Pet Limit - $30 Monthly Pet Rent

If animals are accepted at the RR Living community where application is made, no more than three animals are allowed per apartment, with only two of three permitted to be dogs. A non-refundable pet fee, monthly pet rent and prior approval from management will be required for each pet. We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure all applicants understand how to adhere to the property's pet and animal policies, even if you do not have a pet or animal. All applicants should complete a Pet - $400 Fee
