2 Pet Limit - A pet profile (with PetScreening.com) and agreement for each pet required.Maximum of two pets per apartment home.No breed restrictions or weight limits.Applicable fees or deposits must be paid in full prior to the addition of a pet to your home.Animals not typically found in households including but not limited to monkeys, large birds, farm animals, squirrels, and large snakes and large lizards are prohibited. Aquariums over 15 gallons are also prohibited.

2 Pet Limit - Acceptable animals include domestic cats and dogs. Dogs that are purebreds or mixes of the following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow-Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, and Siberian Husky. All other animals including exotic pets are prohibited. All animals must be authorized by management.

2 Pet Limit - We accept up to two pets. Species and breed restrictions apply. Pet rent and pet fee apply for each pet.
