For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will unfortunately need to be canceled. The centralized HVAC system operates in compliance with municipal regulations, providing heating from October 15th to May 1st and air conditioning from May 15th to October 1st. Between these seasons, the HVAC function is managed by the building association based on the outside temperature. Parking guidelines require parking only in designated spaces and displaying your parking permit clearly on your dashboard. Be mindful not to park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. The property cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items or any damages to vehicles on the property.
