We are seeking clean, quiet, and mature individuals to rent. Fully furnished means that furniture for bedrooms, the dining room, kitchen appliances, living room furniture and workspace furniture is included for the duration of the tenants stay (not to be removed by tenants). This unit has 1080 square feet of space-(3) total bedrooms, and one full bathroom for a max total of up to (3) tenants. No pets are allowed in this unit. For your convenience , use the self check-in door keypad to enter and exit the unit. In the basement area of the unit, tenants can take advantage of the dedicated workspace and coin laundry area for personal washing and drying. The basement may also be used for bike storage if needed. Feel free to visit the backyard area for some fresh air outside of the unit. Security camera(s) are set up on the outside of the building for monitoring activities outside. FREE utilities include water, gas and internet services. Standing a/c units and space heaters are also available for room 2 due to limited insulation. Tenants must pay for electricity. We also welcome Northwestern students (or any students) to stay as we are located about 2.5-3 miles away from Northwestern University. Experienced property managers live nearby and can be available for support as needed. A lease agreement for all occupying tenants is desired, starting 1/4/25. A $75 non-refundable application fee for the background, credit, and financial checks is also required for all occupying adult tenants. Tenants must also provide a 1 month security deposit (including cleaning fee) upon lease signing.
