Conveniently located in whimsical Ardentown, Delaware, the cottage is just 2 minutes from I-95 South & 10 minutes from downtown Wilmington, offering easy access to local attractions. Sincerely, Susan The Cottages on Orchard HOUSE RULES: The cottage is in the woods near open fields and waterways. You may see or encounter wildlife during your stay. This includes deer, foxes, raccoons, spiders, mice, bees, wasps, spider crickets, and ants. These creatures reside in nature. We do not control Mother Nature and therefore do not refund you if you encounter her business during your stay. Renting weekends, weekly, or monthly to travelers and business folks who are looking for more personalized space. The cottage is cleaned with a 1:10 bleach solution by me personally. I am also a registered nurse so cleanliness is a top priority. Cats are NOT permitted. All dog breeds and sizes are welcome here. Safety Notice: Our property is located near waterways and a wooded forest, which presents certain safety hazards. Due to these conditions, extra caution is advised for guests with young children. Please carefully consider these safety factors when making your reservation. We encourage you to evaluate whether this property meets your family's specific needs and safety requirements.
