There is one washer and dryer for the upwards of thirty people that live here, the parking lot is comically small and my car has been side swiped at least three times living here AND THE ROACHES. I have deep cleaned this apartment, top to bottom, and clean daily. Every night it's a roach motel, tons. The literal one redeeming quality of this complex is that it's across the street from UNT. But so are dozens of other, nicer, well kept apartments. The landlord's lease agreements are wildly skewed towards late fees, indiscriminate charges and legal jargon he very much expects to go over your head. Save yourself.
