there is an air conditioning unit that even when used all day does not run up your Electric bill. I live in a one bedroom and the living room is very spacious as is the bedroom. On site laundry facility on every floor so that when I leave my apartment all I do is turn around the corner and the laundry room is right there. (There's 3 floors by the way). I don't have to worry about parking on the street because I get my own space in a gated parking structure. The building is super secure as you have a key to get into the building as well as each floor. There's only about 30 units so you pretty much see the same group of people all the time and that allows for comfort in knowing that there won't be any issues with noise or house parties that can come about with apartment buildings with more units. The manager is always available and if something comes up that needs to be fixed, they take care of it asap. That is something that you don't always get. I've been living in my apartment for over 3 years and I Love where I live! The rent was $850 when I moved in and has gone up modestly since then but for what I get and where I live, I know it's a bargain.
