kitchen and bathrooms are on the smaller side, very limited counter space. Downsides: No laundry in the building. You can send it out or there are a few places within blocks of the apartment. No hookups for a dish washer either. Or garbage disposal. Also, the building needs work. Management is very slow to replace broken windows. Mixed bag: Parking can be a problem. Street parking around USF is difficult because of the students and there are a limited number of parking spots in the garage. The 31 bus stops right outside, and the 38, 5, 21, and 43 are just some of the other lines that are within a few blocks. All in all, the apartments are beautiful with amazing views because it is located at the top of a hill. The neighborhood is fairly safe because campus security is always on patrol. I would give it 5 stars if the real estate company that manages the building was more responsive to requests for repairs.
