Humidity and leakage in my walls while I was away from the unit for a very short period of time caused a infestation of bugs (roaches and spiders) as well as cracked walls and a molded ceiling. Came to my apartment 4 times during a one week period and refused to fix it at any time during the week. Not a conducive place for work from home. 3 weeks after they ignored the issue, it remanifested itself as 6 inch boils of paint exploding throughout my apartment, because they failed to identify the leak. As a busy student, I feel like I am forced to take on the role of supervising adults to do their jobs. Live somewhere else if you want not to hate where you live. Having an apartment with pretty wood floors should not justify your choice of this building over some other one down the road
