Verizon tried to fit this bldg with fiber optic cable 5 years ago, but was unable to due to the ancient & untended condition of its wiring. Verizon instead simply ran wires through the hallways & between apartments then installed individual boxes. Another potential concern is that some larger apartments were unprofessionally subdivided. Another concern is that GPS lists 3029 as being in the middle of the block when it's really at the end of the block. Recently the address was added to the exterior.
