The value for this apartment is fantastic, especially considering the short walk to the local library, general store, restaurants, biking and walking trails, and the River Line train in Bordentown. The landlord, John, is always attentive to any issues that arise (which have thankfully been few in the three years my wife and I have lived here). There are three other apartments in the same building, one that shares a wall and two on the first floor. Neighbors have been quiet and friendly, and are kind enough to help maintain the sidewalks and other public areas around the building.
