apartment it self is dated. The windows are falling apart. Appliances are dated. Refrigerator ice and water does not work. Fuse box is dated. Had to call around to other people to get in touch with landlord. She does not give a number to talk to her personally. It's just the absolute worst. I wouldn't suggest this property and its owner to my worst enemy. She pretends to be very high class and nose in the air, but knows nothing about managing property. She uses YouTube to find things about being a landlord and takes advice from others (who knows nothing about owning property). She makes her decision off what they say to her. Just to sum things up its not a good place, things are not professionally done and there is different people walking in and out of your house that's "supposedly apart of a new management team". I'd just say DONT DO IT!!! ITS A TRAP!!
