Additionally, cork underlayment between floors eliminates noise from upstairs and downstairs units. In return, when the tenant is ready to move in, we meet with the tenant and walk them through the parking structure application process as we have used and parked in our building's dedicated parking structure for a decade. The structure is at 415 S. Main St., connected to the building via a dedicated alleyway that is safe and under video surveillance of the building's security guard. The alley connects the parking structure to the building via a back door that can only be opened with a fob. This parking alleyway is part of the security guards' regular rounds.
