The usually won't even document your call unless its absolutely necessary, the people they send out to perform repairs commonly have no prior experience so they often take very long to try and fix the problem, which usually fails again within a day or two. Having their repair person come out three or more times for the same exact repair is very common. The complex is on a major street so there is street noise all the time. The fire department is diagonally across the street half a block away so you get their noise as they run up and down the street. Traffic o our street sometimes backs up to and from 101 (even though its several blocks away) because Google is directly down the same street (just on the other side of 101). In addition to their traffic, we are often affected by traffic going to and from Shoreline Amphitheater which can clog up the entire area. We also are impacted by noise from the Shoreline Amphitheater, depending on weather. This is a very modest complex, it has no pool, no gym, no community room, no garages (half the cars have car ports but they are seriously too small for all the SUVs in here, so that can be a hassle), the insulation on the walls failed years ago so you get to hear all you neighbor's noise, the walkway lights (and carport lights) often fail and it can take two to three months before they are fixed) so this is a barely tolerable complex that barely functions for minimal existence.
