Could be worse...
August 4, 2015Has some good points, some bad. The neighborhood is a little sketchy. Lots of small apartment units down the street, mixed in with some older homes from the 50's. Some addresses on this street are well maintained, others not so much. This one is pretty well maintained. Used to have a beautiful tree in the courtyard, but it was cut down recently for no good reason and it seems barren now. The apartment itself had fairly worn carpets when I moved in and the cabinets were also well worn. The ...landlord is good about fixing problems when reported, but often small issues were told are "our responsibility" to take care. Which can be frustrating.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
