June 5, 2024I am going to have to tell you to avoid this one. I just moved out. I lived there for 4 years. The apartment itself is decent, quieter than most, but still had a number of problems. Things break often but for the most part it will be fixed in 1 day to 2 weeks. Additional, more permanent, problems were weird leaks from the faucet, water that was never hot, a dishwasher that kept flooding the kitchen ( Maintenance said it should be replaced-- it wasn't), and hard water that damaged my clothes ...(that might be a county wide problem). The major problem, however, is management. They are nice, but it takes a while to hear back from them or you have to track them down which is inconvenient to say the least. Sometimes on time-sensitive matters they wouldn't get back to me until one day before a due date and then refused to provide an extension in regard to fees because corporate controlled fees. I would ask for the number to corporate and be denied. Frequently the answer to outlandish fees was that it was out of their hands and they don't allow you to speak with the person in control of those fees. But the major reason to avoid this property is a 75$/day charge if you leave your trash bin outside after 9:00 am. Yes, you read that right, per day. Don't over sleep, don't return from a night shift late. I started dropping my trash myself, but I'm still charged for the VIP trash service that I can't use. Please avoid.Property Manager Responded

Don’t move here if you have pets
December 22, 2023Former resident. Our initial experience was great. The staff was friendly and the apartments are nice enough, but when it came time to break our lease for a job relocation, our experience was nothing short of terrible. I had seen reviews from other pet owners on how they were charged ridiculous amounts after moving out for cleaning fees, but since we’ve never had a problem at any other apartment complex we’ve lived in, I thought we would be okay. We spent 2 days making sure the apartment was ...spotless and had rented a carpet cleaner to go “above and beyond”. My surprise came a week later when I got a bill for cleaning and when I asked for an explanation, there ridiculous accusations with no picture proof…that of which I asked for picture proof over email and on the phone several times and was denied every time. My advice, stay away from here if you have pets, or at least stay to do the final walk through with them…if you don’t, expect them to make up anything they have to to keep your deposit and charge you more on top of that.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

December 27, 2019Noisy apartment/neighbors staff says oh we told him to quiet down. Maintenance comes in at random times no notice. I worked nights so was always home but i noticed there was no notice on others doors so they had no idea maintenance was in there place. My sink wasnt draining was told it was my fault for not using the garbage disposal. (Like i didnt have a need to use it). Got charged for moving out then a 5000$ bill in damages. I basically slept in the place. I never even wore shoes in the ...place. Nobody besides me was ever in the apartment. How is there 5000$ in damage.Property Manager Responded

We strive to provide the best living conditions for everyone in the community and try to keep noise and other issues minimal. Maintenance will always provide a 24 hour notice before entering an apartment unless you have submitted a work request, then they will come right away to take care of your maintenance needs. Damages billed at move out are charged accordingly and the staff can always provide further explanation for the charges. Great location and staff
November 24, 2019I have been loving here for 12 months on a 18 month lease and haven’t had any issues. The maintenance department is responsive and very personable and the office staff is helpful. The community is diverse and people seem to look out for each other. The location is great and the dog park on site is convenient!Property Manager Responded

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!
November 18, 2019Living at this complex was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The apartments flooded for 3 years in a row and during those floods the apartment staff was notified of the flood and NEGLECTED to call me and let me know. Instead I found out from a neighbor that my apartment had standing water and my dog was just standing in it when it was 30 degrees out. When we got home our dog was completely freezing and shaking from the water. Not to mention that during all of those floods not ONCE did they check for ...mold to ensure our living situation was safe. After the floods we had to live in an apartment and pay FULL RENT regardless of the water stains all of the walls and the flooring being completely ruined. The complex could not have cared less that our living situation declined after the floods. Also beware of all of the car break ins! They happen ALL THE TIME and the complex refuses to get security cameras because it’s too “expensive” and they truly just don’t care about their tenants. I would recommend living anywhere but here. Worst customer service ever
September 2, 2018Wish I could give them 0 stars. I never even lived there and the people in the office are rude and ignorant. Apparently there is some sort of mysterious corporate office with no phone number and no way to talk to them. I've been waiting 51 days so far to get my $300 deposit back and no one has any clue where it is. Everytime I call they have some sort of excuse of why I still don't have it. This is place is a joke and I'm so glad I did not chose to live here. If I'm having this much trouble now I ...could only imagine how hard it would be to get anything done if I lived there. Update: it is now 9/2 and still have not recieved my deposit back. The company sent it to an old address of mine tarnish 3 hours away and wanted me to drive there to see if it was in that mailbox. When I said no and asked for them to cut another check the replied that I would have to pay for them to stop payment on the old check. Now I've waited 111 days to receive my deposit back, and I'm getting charged $40 for them to send me another one. STAY AWAY from this place. September 10, 2018I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused, and for the misunderstanding about your mailing address. It truly is a shame that you feel so strongly about our level of customer service, and we wish there was something more that us in the leasing office could do. Although we were able to bend our leasing rules to refund your non-refundable deposit, we can only do so much once the mail carriers have taken over. Good, But Beware of Smoke Smell
May 27, 2018Good location, as long as you’re okay with your door facing outside. Also there are two locations: one where the pictures show and the second right after Edgewood, less private. When I moved in, there was an overwhelming smoke smell that was unaware of. I thought it would get better, but it hasn’t even with the ozone machine the complex used. Just beware, I would try and visit the unit you plan to move in to beforehand. Overall very safe though.Reseña de Apartments.com
