The space Our condo is curated especially for comfortable extended stays, whether it be for business or leisure. Our condo complex comes with a community outdoor pool, amenities center with fitness center, ping pong and co-working space. Free parking and secure bike storage are also included. We’ve furnished the condo with Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel, Anthropologie and Four Hands furniture and decor, and original, unique art. Super cozy beds outfitted with a king sized Casper mattress, crisp 100% cotton sateen sheets, hotel quality pillows, hypoallergenic feather bed, and 100% cotton duvet. We provide 100% Egyptian cotton towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with only the best kitchenware - Wustoff knives, Calphalon cookware, Nordic bakeware, KitchenAid hand mixer, OXO utensils, brass flatware, Williams Sonoma dinnerware, Magnolia drink ware, drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, Espro French press, Cosori electric kettle, Ninja blender, Oster touch screen toaster, etc. - everything you'll need to prepare and enjoy meals. Breakfast bar and a small table for seating which also doubles as a workstation. 200Mbps wifi throughout, and a binge-watch ready 50" smart TV. In unit washer and dryer! Centrally located, you can get around Austin super easily from here. It really is a cozy place without any of the hotel feel you'll get at other extended stay options. You'll truly get the full Austin experience as our place is located in Allandale, a neighborhood still holding onto its weird Austin charm. I love this quiet and friendly condo community. I love the atmosphere and convenience to everything unique about Austin...good food, outdoors and nature, live music, amazing art, culture and good people! Rent is $2,300 per month. Access to the community pool and amenity center with gym, co-working space, bike storage and ping pong table comes with the condo's rent. Minimum 1 month lease. Security/damage deposit is $1,150 and required at lease signing. Two person maximum occupancy. Applicants' gross monthly income must equal approximately two times or more the monthly rent. Criminal background check required. Credit history required. Must agree to abide by HOA policies. Two pet limit. Breed restrictions apply. Pet rent $75 per pet per month. Must have proof of flea and tick medication for pets. Absolutely no smoking. Parking in lot available for up to two vehicles. There is a $50 per vehicle parking fee. Vehicles must all be in working order, no oil leaks, and no vehicle maintenance is permitted on premises. Storage for boats, ATVs, or other recreational vehicles are not permitted.
