Enjoy… - single story with 3-long steps leading up to the front door and 2-steps leading down into pool table room - central AC and heating - carbon monoxide and smoke detectors are installed - wifi - sleeps 7: three cozy bedrooms with three queen beds for restful nights + a full size futon in the den - a linen closet stocked with towels and additional bedding - a welcoming living room with a Smart TV for gaming or streaming on guest's accounts - a large den and a Smart TV for gaming or streaming on guest's accounts - master bedroom with queen bed + attached bath and Smart TV for gaming or streaming on guest's accounts - master bath with hand rails by toilet and in shower - full guest bathroom with bathtub/shower - a kitchen stocked with a refrigerator, a glass cooktop electric stove, microwave, coffee/tea Keurig station, cooking and eating utensils, pots & pans, etc. - a full-size washer and dryer - smoke and carbon monoxide detectors - two steps down from the den into a pool table room with a bar (unstocked).
