We want our tenants to feel comfortable living here, and to feel comfortable communicating with us in a respectful way if/when they need anything. If tenants have skills in construction, landscaping, gardening, or carpentry, we are open to exchanging work for reduced monthly rent. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
