it. Quiet complex. I swear I never hear any of the neighbors. Everyone I have met living here is very nice. Complex is pet friendly. My dog has become best friends with the dog that lives next door. Also my back deck is huge and overlooks lots of trees. Sometimes when it rains a lot the backyard becomes a pond and I get to see ducks swimming and wildlife everywhere. It's very peaceful. The train that goes by every day is pretty loud but I've found that to be a peaceful sound too surprisingly. I do wish the front doors were given a new coat of paint, I think it would look a million times better. I also wish that the outside lights in the parking lot would actually stay on at night so everyone can walk to and from their apt safely. Seems to turn off whenever I need it the most. Only other negative remark I have is the frustration I'm feeling in regards to the disrepectful teens that keep drinking in the parking lot and leaving empty bottles and trash all over the ground (which I end up picking up time and time again) but that isn't any fault of the apt complex and I plan on dealing with it myself if I catch it happening again. Overall I'm very happy here. Management responds promptly to any issues and the owner was very gracious when I went through the pain of losing my senior dog. Every person who has been to my place has agreed that I found a hidden gem in Tigard. Glad I was able to find an affordable place that feels like home.
