September 29, 2023There has been some turn over in the leasing office recently. I have lived in the building for 7 years and have never experienced a rude person at the leasing office until a few days ago. Our nice welcoming feeling, has changed to corporate sass. A couple months ago, I would recommend Broadstone to everyone. Now Im not so sure.Property Manager Responded

July 19, 2021Broadstone Balboa Park is the cleanest & most tidy interior & exterior building I have ever lived in. The lobby always smells so fresh & clean as well as so tidy. I must also say how clean & tidy the parking garage is as well, the cleaning service here at Broadstone on Balboa is way past superb, which I appreciate very much, at every area, including the pool, lounge area & the beautiful rooftop seating area! May 24, 2021The Broadstone at Balboa Park has the most outstanding rooftop terrace, where the view of downtown San Diego, the Coronado Bridge & the San Diego Bay are magnificent, especially at sunset & the evening. They also have a wonderful outside barbecue area, lovely plunge pool & a fabulous gym, all kept extremely clean at all times.
