As happens at all apartment communities, work relocation and family needs sometimes require our residents to relocate, however, it’s amazing how many return to live in our communities once the need and influence of the original motivating factors that led them to move subside or simply change. This past week we welcomed you back to the community after having been away for many years. Likewise, we welcomed back this month another resident who had moved away years ago as well. It’s a testament as to how special the community and staff are, that wonderful families and individuals like yourself felt so highly of our community that as changes in circumstances in their lives too place once again, and returned them to Philadelphia, they returned to the Ambassador Apartments. Great place !
October 31, 2024Thanks to Inna who helped make the move easy. The apartment is in great shape, floor was redone and ready to move in. Close to parks, great schools and it's also close to my workplace. Has a great pool as well which seems to be maintained. Great Place
June 28, 2024My husband and I moved in today to our new apartment! We like the community, quite neighborhood, convenient location to most parks , schools , and etc… we can see that this community will suite us for a long time .. We sold our house and wanted something smaller and this community was able to offer us the perfect 2 bedroom size and clean place ! We looked for a while and finally made the right decision! Spacious Apartment Wonderful
June 1, 2024Today got my keys moved into my unit . I am very happy and everything was as promised ! My rental agent Inna was so honest and great to work with! The living room is so big and the floors are so nice ! I am very happy with the location of this community near shopping centers , transportation, parks , schools, and restaurants! Beautiful Clean Wonderful Apartment
June 1, 2024Moved today with my husband into our new apartment . Couldn’t be more happier than we are !!! We are so impressed with our new white VIP kitchen , new flooring and overal so clean and beautiful! Our rental agent Inna was so pleasant, very nice , professional , and sooo helpful with everything ! Great job Inna and we both appreciate your wonderful help ! Prior to committing to an apartment we looked at a lot but when we came here we were 100% happy and knew that this is the place where we both ...want to live ! Location is very convenient! June 7, 2024I agree the VIP kitchens with self-closing doors and drawers, easy reach cabinets and black granite tops combined with our new floating wood flooring are magnificent. They make a super large apartment, look bright and even larger. Combined with a superior layout, high level construction materials, great architectural design, superior craftsmanship, and superb support team and you begin to understand how special the Ambassador Apartment community is. I come to work every day enthusiastic, and grateful to be part of the support team. We really appreciate it when new or old residents share their experiences with families that are just beginning their search for a new apartment home. Our great community is located within walking distance of gyms, grocery stores and drug stores, and minutes from rail stops or access to I95 or the PA Turnpike. It’s the perfect place to call home by any measure. Thanks again.

Great Apartment/ Nice Community
May 1, 2024Moved in today into my apartment and it is very nice and clean and comfortable like promised . We are happy to be here . The best most convenient location to everywhere school , buses, shopping centers, and supermarkets. We looked a lot for a nice place and when we came here to Inna she helped us a lot and my wife and i felt mist comfortable to be here . The pool and landscaping is very beautiful and well maintained. We got the beautiful new white kitchen cabinets with adorable countertop and new big vanity in the bathroom. Also we chose carpet as opposed to wooden tile floors. We have been upgrading all the bathrooms in the Ambassador Apartments as new residents move in. We decided to recently provide an optional upgrade to our kitchens and your residence was our first one. We did a lot of planning before we chose the cabinet style and manufacturer. The soft close drawers, the self-closing hinges the all wood interior with the new kitchen top and backsplash is truly more beautiful than I imagined. I love the way the kitchen came out, and I’m not alone, all of our staff and now our first resident agrees. We continue to invest in our communities common areas (with new security doors and windows, surveillance system, LED lighting in both the exterior and interior spaces, video intercoms, keyless entry system) and our apartments to make our communities stand out at the market leader they are. This year we were awarded and recognized by two ...national reviewing companies for our hard work. One national company announced that the Ambassador Apartments was the 137th out of 140,000 communities Nationally for customer satisfaction in all of the USA, and 3rd (just behind another of our communities) in all Philadelphia and Pennsylvania. The second national reviewing company reaffirmed the first award, and said that the Ambassador Apartments ranked in the top 10 communities nationally for customer satisfaction, and in December 2023 it was #1 nationally. Big apartment very nice .

We always urge families to compare our apartments to other apartments. Many of our residents were drawn to the Ambassador Apartments because of the apartment size, the location, the fact that each apartment has a balcony and walk in closets, and of course for the interior finishes and our reputation for quality. These are important features, but beyond these appealing features lies another just as important category of features that we think every customer should consider. Once families move into the Ambassador Apartments, they become aware of how quiet our apartments are (concrete floors and walls for sound control), and our enhanced emphasis on safety (new exterior lighting, surveillance system, video intercom system, and high security common entry doors). Everyone who works here is just as thoughtful and helpful as ...your rental consultant (Inna). Our maintenance and office staff take great pride in our community and creating a great customer experience from your first to last day as a resident.

Love my new place!
December 1, 2023Just got my keys and I'm super excited! Not only is the location close to my daughter's school, but it's also close to markets, restaurants and everything I need. Staff are fantastic, really checking all the details and making sure that your needs are met. I can't wait to check out the pool, I have a beautiful outdoor balcony space as well. Our goal is to create a great customer experience from the moment you see your new home through the last day of your residency. We carefully prepare each new home. Our staff understands that relocation and moving into a new residence can be stressful and exhausting. With that in mind, we make every effort to make sure that your new home is even nicer than our rental model. Any appliance, floor covering, or plumbing fixture is replaced if it doesn’t work properly or if it’s appearance does not meet our standards. As you settle in, you will meet many more of our team members. I am certain, you will be impressed with all of them.
