January 27, 2025Delay in responding We had an issue on Friday afternoon and a person came to check the stove after an hour the issue was reported and told it will be fixed by Tuesday as Sat, Sun and Monday are holidays. No one showed up on Tuesday and I contacted with leasing office and we were told Wednesday it will be fixed. December 27, 2024over priced for the value gym was down for over 6 months had to pay a crazy amount just to have parking and the floor model was completely different than the apartment i actually got. had i not of been in a rush to find a place to move into i would have looked into other places.Property Manager Responded

Horrible Maintenance And leasing office people
September 4, 2024I am currently residing in this apartment, and it has the worst maintenance I have ever experienced. The staff is unresponsive, and the leasing office seems to have no control over anything. An emergency maintenance issue with the pipeline has been pending for the last 12 days, yet there is no sense of responsibility towards tenants who pay their rent on time each month. I advise against signing a lease here; you will regret it.Property Manager Responded

Central family complex
February 13, 2020I’ve lived at this apartment community for over three years, I love most the central location. I can walk almost anywhere and find so much to see and do. It’s a very safe and quiet and clean complex perfect for families. The staff is excellent and so friendly. Help is always there quickly unlike other apartments I’ve lived in prior. Worst place to reside in, don't lease from this place
January 30, 2020Got into the apartment and within the first few weeks, our kitchen was infested with bugs. walls are thinner than paper. The place is so cramped and they make it cost so much. I paid on time with money in my account and they immediately revoked it, cancelling my transfer making me pay more. so along with your typical rent, you also have the 200$ worth of utilities.Property Manager Responded

Horrible Apartment Ever been
December 1, 2018While we are moving into the apartment they said all good things about the apartment ,after we move in we got to know that its worse choice we made, initially they attracted with one month free rent ...but don't get excited with that ...they charge you unnecessarily more that the double you have given ...they always said that all units are bug free ..but not .All units with them are infected with bugs ,even they do inspection with out notifying to the tenants ,with out any prior notice they ...will enter the apartment ,we have got lost out electronics thing because of that.We have emailed them several times.tried to call them but no response every time we wait and reach to Nirali(the manager of apartments),she will not be available at apartments at all....they used to tell us to email her but even though no response...and they charge you for bed bug treatment with out saying the cause of the infection and blame the tenants with out any proof ,they said they will do pest control every 6 months ...but they don't do ,we complained many time ...but no use .Its worse experience we had with them and the manager Nirali. Especially the people who do inspection they leave used Beer cans and things in the house itself ...And also they said the elevator service is only for 3rd floor people ,they charge you extra maintenance for it...but that elevator wont works every alternative day.Out of all these experiences we had ..these Pathfinder Village Apartments are worse choice to made.Don't go for these apartments ever will definitely regret.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT RENT. COCKROACHES. LEAKING CEILING. INCOMPETENT MANAGER.
July 8, 2018I've lived here for almost a year now and I will not be renewing my lease. There are bugs and cockroaches everywhere (they treat the bugs every six months, but the treatment is ineffective). There are constant repairs being made with no notice. Pathways and parking spaces are blocked for tree trimming, water is shut off for plumbing repairs, remodeling begins at 7:00 am. No guest parking, two spots costs and an additional $90/mo on top of rent. Noisy neighbors have loud parties until 3:00 am ...and the property manager does nothing to prevent them. Children ride their bikes on the no bike/scooter paths and leave them in front of your door. They knock on your door and run away, they throw rocks and sticks onto your patio and leave food wrappers everywhere. The property manager is poorly trained, incompetent, and in over her head.
