They basically send you to the front desk security person, who then is sent on a loop between you and the management company, only to tell you it's permanently lost. After residents started raising this issue, Draper and Kramer implemented a "Terms and conditions" outside of the package room when you enter your code . Basically it holds your packages' handling hostage by the building unless you agree to terms that the building ISN'T liable for anything that happens to them (i.e., if they're lost). This isn't a solution at ALL. It basically just ensures that YOU eat the cost of the packages for THEIR mis-management of them and they don't have to find an actual solution in the interest of (pretty high) rent-paying clients. The amenities construction took half a year when they said it would take 3 months, so we were without functional amenities even though our rent went UP for the year. Most of the maintenance and front desk staff left because the management treated them so poorly (the management company can deny it all they want, but the residents have spoken directly to numerous staff that said this to us directly). Just don't live here if you value your money and self-respect. It isn't because of the transition to a new type of living that we are disgruntled. It's because the new management is rude and ineffective. Draper and Kramer's purpose in responding to residents' concerns is to quiet their complaints. They don't actually care about finding solutions to residents' issues or concerns, let alone improving their living experience.
