Great property and awesome customer oriented manager!
April 19, 2022I have been living at this property for several months and I love everything about it. The units are very clean and spacious and the other tenants are very friendly. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
February 9, 2022The apartment I rented was full of mold and they did not do mold cleanup before the next resident moved in. The rent advertised is NOT what you will pay.. they will tack on water, trash, cable/internet and an MCR (?) fee! They will charge you for an 835 sq ft apartment, when you really have an 825 sq ft apartment (if you have a coat closet... you have the smaller apartment). The property manager's signature on any receipt does not mean anything... so don't try to hold them to ANYTHING she says ...or does. And they send out message to their residents to turn their heat up to 72 in the winter (electric heat) so the pipes won't freeze. HMMM.. now they are driving up the electric bills too? BEWARE!! This is a nightmare. DO NOT RENT FROM DLH PROPERTIES.Property Manager Responded

November 21, 2016So, upon looking at the reviews, not one of them is over a month old. That should be a HUGE Red Flag. About 4 weeks ago, I took a drive by the property, to see if I wanted to rent a place here. Every thing seemed nice on the outside. But while I sat in my car, the noise that you could hear from County Road 28 was REALLY LOUD. Not good! When I drove by a week later, they were ripping out bushes & moving rocks around, but days after that, nothing was replaced & it looked like a war zone. I have ...talked to a few of the tenants & former tenants. Not one of them had nice words about the manager! One woman said that this "Dallas" woman on the reviews, had offered tenants $50 to write a review for her & that she was the 4th manager since they moved in. Seems like the Property Owners have a high employee turnover here. Another BAD sign! I would do your homework before moving in to this place. Looks can be deceiving!Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

October 22, 2016As a resident of Candlewood for over 16 years, I recommend this quiet beautifully landscaped complex. With Dallas managing and Doug the Head of Maintenance. I would like to say that Doug beautifully remodeled my apartment with Nice laminate flooring, great kitchen. If you have any problems the Management always try to get your problems as soon as possible. In the winter Doug is plowing and Josh keeps our sidewalks safe. October 6, 2016I would just like to mention what our experience has been at the Parkside Towne Homes. We couldn't be happier . This development has an atmosphere of peace. We feel very safe. Great lighting. Everything is very neat and organized. When we need anything, our needs are met, and may I say in a very timely manner! Everyone is very friendly. This experience has been met by the establishments personnel . Dallas who manages this establishment is always there to meet your needs and is always very ...friendly and her expertise shows. The maintainence personnel Doug and Joshua are just great, always ready to accomadate your needs and in a very timely manner! Doug, who is the person in charge of this entire facility is just supper. October 4, 2016Going on my 15th year here have had many great experiences the new owners are awesome and we have the best maintenance staff and a great office manager. Good Location
September 28, 2016It is located near 332 and not far from I90 so if you work in the city the commute is not bad. It is very quiet and peaceful, and the quality of apartments is high considering the lower prices for rent. They are very good with turn around for maintenance as well. May 13, 2013The staff at Candlewood are great people.....From the first day my roomate and I had sat down with the Land lord to get info on the place she was ready to answer any questons we had and we didn't ask she would think of things that we would ask in the feature and give us answers ahead of time.....When my roomate and I decided that we were gonna go through with there community the land lord had kept in touch from start to finish.
